Geo founded CoreTherm around a fundamental belief: the built environment is constantly producing information. We simply have not been listening closely enough. With nearly three decades of experience in the built environment and years of hands-on work in aerial systems and thermography, he recognized an enormous gap between the data buildings produce and the way owners understand their assets.

He assembled a multidisciplinary team spanning artificial intelligence, machine learning, mechanical engineering, thermal and fluid sciences, geospatial engineering, and data science. Together, they are developing ATLAS and building CoreTherm around Engineering Memory: a longitudinal intelligence layer where every dataset strengthens the understanding of an asset and every return visit adds another chapter to its history.

Buildings should not have to fail before we understand them. Every asset is constantly producing signals about its condition, performance, and future.

Mohammed helps lead the technical development of CoreTherm's engineering intelligence platform and the systems behind ATLAS. With a foundation in applied mathematics, statistics, computer science, and artificial intelligence, he brings together predictive modeling, data engineering, software development, and automation to solve complex problems across the built environment.

His focus is not simply building models, but building systems that turn enormous volumes of complex data into repeatable, actionable intelligence: radiometric thermal data, geospatial intelligence, engineering models, and machine learning connected into a unified technical framework.

Data becomes valuable when it becomes understanding. We can move beyond seeing what is happening and begin predicting what happens next.

Adnane specializes in fluid mechanics, thermal engineering, energy systems, and advanced multiphysics modeling, spanning computational fluid dynamics, heat transfer, and risk analysis with tools including Ansys Fluent, OpenFOAM, and Star-CCM+.

At CoreTherm, he applies physics-based modeling to interpret how heat, airflow, moisture, and energy move through the built environment, strengthening the engineering foundation behind CoreTherm's thermal intelligence.

Hasan specializes in photogrammetry, remote sensing, GIS, and advanced spatial modeling. His eight-plus years of experience span UAV photogrammetry, radiometric thermal and multispectral analysis, orthomosaic generation, point clouds, terrain modeling, and 3D geospatial databases.

At CoreTherm, he transforms aerial and thermal datasets into precise, spatially intelligent models of the built environment: accurate asset mapping, thermal anomaly analysis, and the tracking of building conditions over time.
